Why Open Source?

I firmly believe in the potential of open-source software to create tools that are better, safer, and more innovative. Open source:

Though I haven’t yet had the chance to contribute to open-source projects (time constraints and figuring out where to start have been challenges), I aspire to contribute to projects—especially those written in Go—in the future.
